The PO qty is 4 only. GR and GI have been done for 4 also.
How delivery could be made for 8?(PO history tab showing the delivery qyt 8
where as EKET table shows the exact qty i.e. 4 as per PO)

The reason may be that the picked quantity in the delivery document is only "4". Therefore, the delivery document is still open for the remaining "4".
