Reply from samuel mendis on Mar 11 at 5:07 AM Hi You must have received a lot of suggestions. Choice is Yours.. the below are the facts... *Capegemini* Things which are helpful 1. Good salary 2. World class company 3. Lot of projects domestic/international 4. Salary will be on time 5. Good for CV Things which are not so helpful 1. You will be on move most of the time 2. You will not have much of a contact with your office as mostly you will be sitting out of clients location 3. You cannot connect to web mail of CG unless you collect the secure-id instrument 4. Most of the time you will be wondering if you are part of the organisation since they will consider you as another piece of Billing instrument - very professional in that. 5. Long notice pay- 3 months *Hexaware* I will not comment much upon Hexaware as it is small compared to CG, they have very less no of projects and growing steadily. Salary and other perks as per industry standards. But you will have an attachment with the organisation and you will feel as if you belong to it. Peaceful time. Not much to worry. The information now you must have is it is owned by a Venture fund which bought it from its indian owners few months back. Equally a good company. All the best in your selection

I had bad experience with Capgemini, they look for young college graduate and not experience, this was told to me by their manager.
