Question from am12345 on Feb 10 at 8:29 AM There is a certain workflow for which there are multiple steps and multiple agents for different tasks.
Now, for one particular user, the notification mail was not sent to him.
When I checked, I found that he was not assigned as agent for the particular task.
The task was created by workflow system (WF-BATCH).
Can you please suggest as why the notification mail was not sent and user was not assigned as agent?
