Question from pavani on Feb 26 at 12:15 PM Hi experts, I have confusion on the below scenario. Company wants to give subsistence allowance to employee, after the employee suspension. First 2 months after suspension employee supposed to get 50% of salary and next 2 months employee supposed to get 75% of salary. Can anyone help me on this? Does anyone have idea to write a rule on this?
