First of all the objective :
This tool may serve you multiple purposes...But let's stick first to F-32 Automation, in such a manner that user provides a list of customers for whom certain clearances have to be performed.
If I explain the process in understandable psedo-code
Do for all customers (one-by-one)
.....FBL5N for the 1 selected customer
........apply layout (for clearance of open items)
........pick the amount, date, and anyother criterian to narrowdown to a single amount which is to be cleard
........now go to f-32 for the 1 selected customer
.........set focus on the correct entry where you want the system to do double-click...
.........pick the response of the SAP(staus bar) and record it in front of selected customer in the starting list
Loop (i,e go to the next customer and perform the above mentioned steps until all are done.

Can we freeze screen while using t-code f-32 for clearing to show only selected item.
We are using Tcode f-32 for clearing of customer invoices with payments in following step.
1- first we enter customer code and then select additional selection like Doc type
we do this activity every time when we change customer code.
Can there are any other way to fix additional selection in one time to show selected Doc when we change customer code. ? |
