What a coincidence!
I just came to my seat after successful demo and deployment of a tool which I developed...
I call it:
F-32 Automation Tool
It takes a list of customer codes
First of all it runs FBL5n report (for the selected customer)
and starts doing the clearance for that customer...
Looks very elegant... it scrolls down to all amounts and sets focus on the right amount...
Then it does the double-click...
Keeps an eye over the balance (zero-ized or not)
Saves/posts to GL and comes back to the XL-List
Picks the next cust code...
and so on....
Nice...isn't it...
I can share with you VBA code, if you desire, but you will have to do the variants setting before execution of the utility.

Can we freeze screen while using t-code f-32 for clearing to show only selected item.
We are using Tcode f-32 for clearing of customer invoices with payments in following step.
1- first we enter customer code and then select additional selection like Doc type
we do this activity every time when we change customer code.
Can there are any other way to fix additional selection in one time to show selected Doc when we change customer code. ? |
