You should extend the structure to include ZZPSTYV and then populate it
from looping through COM_LIPS_TAB-PSTVYV in RVCOMFZZ in USEREXIT_KOMKBV2_FILL
(yes you could use the existing column but good practice says you shouldn't

I don't actually have a system available to check this is all populated
correctly (FI implementation so no delivery but can see the source) but I
think it will be as COMMUNICATION_AREA_KOMKBV2 passes the table in even
though it's optional.
