We have multiple work orders which handle multiple processes, defined in the routing as sequence 10, 20, and 30.
In stage 1, at Sequence 10, raw materials are back flushed when CO11 (production confirmation) is done; this relieves RM inventory and records usage in the Cost Element; but the WIP inventory is not recorded in SAP.
Again in stage 1, at Sequence 20, CO11 is performed, WIP inventory is recorded in SAP, as this is the last step in the routing.
Currently, we have to manually accrue for the WIP inventory at month-end.
Looking for a feasible solution to have WIP inventory show up/recorded after Sequence 10 is confirmed.
