I do not know of any backup utility which you can use to only restore a single client.
The other option would be to export client 200 and re-import after the restore.

Dear Experts,
I have done client export - import from Prod to QA. In QA we are having two clients 200 and 210. I am supposed to import it to 200 but I have first imported it to client 210 for testing. But later I came to know that client 210 is having some important data which is wiped out due to this client import (SAP_ALL).
Now I have to recover the data by backup restore. We are using SAP HANA Database. It there any method by which I can recover only data of 210 client. I want client 200 to remain unchanged by restore because the latest backup we have is one week old.
Please suggest.
