I have done this by the using the option number 2 provided by Mr D. Caddick.
2. Use the detach/attach stored procedure sp_detach_ db and sp_attach_db.

There is no need to export/import there SQL data. You have two options.
1. Backup source database and restore to target database.
2. Use the detach/attach stored procedure sp_detach_ db and sp_attach_db.
