This file system seems Windows one, no need of mount.

File system might been full.
If this is first time might usr/sap file not shared

Please re-mount the /usr/sap/trans directory and check ...

Check also other things like:

1.file system full.

2.Run RSTPTEST from se38 and see the result....if required replace the
tp file from recent recent release of the same kernal version.
