1. As per my experience, please maintain directly in production system, I
had problem if you move changes from DEV-QTY-PROD.
Second option maintain calendar in DEV as per production copy then move
DEV-QTY-PROD.

Currently, we are following below process: Configure in Dev ? Test in Dev ? Transport to QA ? Test in QA ? Transport to Prod ? Validate in Prod
We are looking on the possibility to Configure it directly to Production.
What's the best practice to configure unanticipated holidays?
