If you want to send the mail using workflows, then you can achieve this via Agent Determination.
If you want to send it to their UWL, then just send to their SAP ids, the workflow will take care
of the rest, else if you want to send the mail to some external mail id, then you have to maintain
the email ids in SU01 against each user.
