Ive created PRT as equipment.
I created a formula parameter SAP_20 with field name 'EWVGW', formula configuration ZAPF02 (new formula) = SAP_20 * SAP_09.
I've created a measuring point with counter for the character 'Toolusg' (Tool Usage), with EA as the UOM, with counter overflow in terms of 99,999 etc. and an annual estimate of 200.
Ive created a measuring document with 'zero' reading.
While creating PRT (IE25) I assign the above formula, along with maintenance plan and the measuring point.
The routing is carried out, PRT is assigned. When the order is confirmed for 300 EA, & production order is confirmed (CO11N), the measuring document is updated automatically, but with the following things:
1. Two documents are created against one confirmation
2. Total counter rdg is not right. (Qty confirmed is 300, but it is showing 396).
Is there any thing I'm missing? Ive attached the file with some screen shots, for ready reference.
I've been trying a lot, but unable to any good technical stuff about PRT as Equipments.
I hope I'll get a reply for this thread as I'm having a big hassle dealing with it.
