I am facing such a peculiar problem with schema. Here are my explanations
There is a schema already running for OT calculation which is daily and they are creating quotas for the same employee for example annual quota manually in PA30 IT2006, this is the process before,
Client came up and told me to generate the annual quota through time evaluation, conditions are
1.client would like to run the schema manually for all the employees every starting day of the year which is Jan1st 2014 from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.2014, i suggested them to use job which accrue daily , they denied and said we would like to do that manually not through job and all,
So, I started my configuration, for annual quota rule is very simple, if employee 0 to 15 years of experience give 32 days for him, I used the same schema which calculating OT .
So, I customized in V_T559L, I chose calendar year, and upon accrual, since I have chosen calendar year. quotas are transferring to 2006 only 31.12.2014, I mean end of every year,
Now the problem is for employee 123, they ran schema for him from 01.01.204 to 31.12.2014 on 1st January, he got the annual quota 32 days in IT2006, then next day 02.01.2014 same schema ran for him for single day by system for OT calculation and quota becomes 0 in 2006, THIS IS MY PROBLEM,
I wrote a PCR before quota function in the schema to generate quota only on 31.12.2014 as per experts advice. but still I am getting zero only when schema runs for 02.01.2014, though I control the quota function through PCR,.
Sorry for typing such a long summary as I have to explain the problem what I am facing. Can anyone help me to how to overcome the problem? I have been checking the standard way.
