Reply from JG-SAPHR on Jan 31 at 9:03 PM I agree with Donna that too much customising or too many IT 2001 screens can be confusing. But I have seen the screens changing as soon as the absence type is changed.
Also absence reasons also can be added as custom field/s. This is typical in PS.

We have a scenario where we want to capture the reason of absence but as per our consultant it is not feasible to enhance the screen 2001 for option to capture reason of absence & attachment, if any.
Please help as if we are not able to capture reason then in BI we wont be able to absence reasons.
