For each quota type, do the following in a PCR, after QUOTA function in
time schema,

where xx is the quota type; Constant ZHMxx is a constant in V_T511K having
max no.of hrs for the quota type.

This will restrict the balance at any point of time.

DHRS=FRxxC HRS-CZHMxxHRS?0 "QTA TY xx BAL > LIMIT?

Hi ,

If you would like to have maximum leave entitlement, you should go for each absence quota type and see the quota entitlements. ( Base entitlement). You can set a constant where you can give the quota as required for each quota.

Also we have maximum entitltment tab in T559L where you can mention the maximum entitlement as per your requirement.

So, all summed up together it will be '90'.
