Since you have an already up and running system, what will you gain to do so? If in any case, such is your objective, you need to adapt most of your customizing tables. For most of PA, Time and Payroll tables, the primary is MOLGA. The Copy of all entries from Molga 99 to Molga 24 is not hard, but you have to make sure that you do not miss any table. Extensive test will be required. You will also need to adapt many of your user profiles to change Molga from 99 to 24. As for Payroll. All rules and Schemas are Molga dependent. So you will have to fully copy your existing schemas and rules. Or, change the Molga one by one. You will have to deactivate then your GOSI rules and customize the standard GOSI calculation rule and incorporate it to your schema. I am not sure if the standard solution comes with a GOSI extraction also, and a eGOSI transmission? But in any case, you really have to consider first the gain from moving to a new Molga. Seems a lot of work to me. Good luck.

This is because of the fact that SAP introducated localization for Saudi Payroll. Current case: My company is running EHP6 which is recently upgraded from EHP4 using technical upgrade. Therefore currently on EHP6 environment my company is running same functionality as EHP4 i.e. everything on 99 MOLGA. Requirement: Company requires the complete implementation to be converted to 24 MOLGA KSA specific. This also includes that this transition does not impact user experience i.e. no retro restriction, RT availability, use standard processes instead of Z developments like GOSI, EOS, etc. Possibilities: For the above case I think of following possibilities for which I require your expert opinion: 1. Simply change the MOLGA 99 to 24 - I am not sure if this is a doable option since MOLGA change will affect the Payroll since for SAP introduced a new payroll driver for KSA payroll. 2.
