The standard installation guide for SAP Netweaver (for example on MS Windows & SQL) normally contains a special section for MSCS (Microsoft Cluster Services) at the end part of the document.
As David says, you will need to select your product, OS, & DB combination.

You need to select the Product Version then OS and DB then you will find the installation guide.
