Reply from Clive Bruce on Nov 28 at 11:35 AM Go to Utilities/Change Payroll status for the employee in transaction pa30 and change the PDC recaluation date. This date is probably 30.06.2008. Enter in the new rehire start date of 1.8.13 so that PT60 ignores previous period.

Subject: Time Evaluation Error for an Employee Who Has Resigned and Then Has Been Rehired
I have an employee from Malaysia who resigned on 30.06.2008.He was then rehired on 01.08.2013.The time evaluation for this employee has run only till 06.2008 in PT66.
When I am trying to run PT60(Time evaluation),It is showing error on 30.06.2008---->Quota---->Processing---->Quota type: 80 Employee is not active in the validity period.
Kindly advise if you are aware of this issue? |
