Reply from R. N. Wilhite on Jul 4 at 12:34 PM So we already do all of that. Most of the time it works in the background. But sometimes they start getting hung. The only option is to take the exact same process into the fore ground and execute it there. Then things start passing through.
The biggest problem is that one of the processes does not allow multiple selections in the foreground. Then we have to know every material that is stuck and run them one at a time. Extremely NOT pretty!
Any more helpful thoughts?
We've searched notes, to no avail... We've recruited outside experts only to have them look at us cross eyed... OSS has told us that the process works as intended.
Your thoughts would be very valuable to me!

Our production planning is in MC94. We use MC90 to transfer it on MD63. MC90 however is not runnable in the background (that we have been able to identify. Even if it were, it only allows one material at a time. We tried playing with a BDC against MC90 but to no avail.
We cannot implement APO, so none of the APO specific solutions can work for us.
Can anyone suggest alternatives?
