If you want to export it, you'll need to write a custom ABAP program that reads your data, builds the IDoc, and then calls function MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE to send it out. It'll need an outbound partner profile. It's not hard to do but you need an ABAP programmer who knows the functions used by the IDoc interface.

Subject: Outbound STATUS idoc from SAP 6.0
I already sent the STATUS Idoc to SAP to update the status on the outbound transactions (INVOIC01, DESADV01, etc) but I want to receive the STATUS to my Sterling Integrator EDI system so I can parse the status messages for the Sales Order # and/or any error statuses. I have a website dashboard that tracks all of the orders sent to SAP so I can notify the CSR's of new orders but I currently have to use WE05 to view the failed orders (and good ones for that matter) and grab the details for the dashboard. I have not had any luck finding the configuration for an Outbound STATUS idoc. I will look through your blog archive again to see if I can find something that will help me. |
