Currently we are suffering in sales order CIF integration. We used descriptive characteristics method for forecast cinsumption and for CTM prioritization. Everything was ok upto last 10 days. But suddenly and surprisingly we are now facing severe problems in SCM inbound queue processing. Especially when the entry is a sales order. we observed arround 3 hours processing for a single entry in the queue even for a single process in SM50 occupying %99 of CPU resources of live cache and always running DB procedure APS_SEARCH_DESC_CHAR which we call in inbound user exit.
Any advises or comments would be appreciated.
