Neal - I think it actually goes beyond that. I've needed business people, functionals as well as ABAPer's and Basis to figure out these corrective items. Sometimes the output of one "report" is needed to be fed to the next "report" in order for SAP to decide what to change on what documents. That's why I urged Laert to read up on the notes. The implication was to figure out who else was needed for this process.
