it's an customized report, the data in the spreadsheet gets truncated only for the vendor code(so only one field),I checked the report, it is not download exclusive report, it a usual alv report, with the usual download facility, the field cat uses "slis".as I said earlier the display of vendor code in the report output is fine,?only the downloaded spreadsheet truncates the last digit. Any help is much appreciated.

whether you are executing??Standard Report output or for custom report? for the below truncation of data ,whether the data truncated for all or is it for certain cases?in your report may be due to data type mismatch?,also to check whether the version of excel file is compatible?with the SAP GUI etc?
check the report if it is downloaded in notepad or in unconvertible format whether the data in ALV is the same |
