Dear All

I see that most of you have not read my message properly, where I have
mentioned the modules that are being implemented. There is no cutover
strategy as of now and we are in the process of formulating that. That was
the reason I asked for your suggestions.

What basically I wanted to know is the sequencing of the activities that
one should follow?

Agreed. A draft cut-over plan is usually created at the beginbing of any DM project and is refined using data (timings , dependencies etc) from the test/simulation cycles. Usually the skeleton is put out by the PM then the functional consultants are expected to provide object dependencies , the DM lead is then expected to provide the object details E.G the steps required to load material master.Furqan Khan
