and have the Z program write to it.

I have a requirment which i mentioned below.
I uploaded cost center master data by using Call Transaction method.While uploading I got some errors, which are kept inside the internal table of type Bdcmsgcoll.
But my requirement is I need to save these error data in database permanently.
How can I solve this issue?
Please help me, its urgent.
