I create a Purchase Requisition and a Purchase Order, but I made a mistake and I canceled PR and PO.

When I want to create a new PR send me a message "Wbs Budget exceed". Why I can't create a new PR if the previous is Canceled?

I see the budget and is there??

Could you please help?
