Question from Narendra on Dec 8 at 2:50 PM For group asset you need to activate the depreciation area in asset class
that is in T.code OAYZ. Then only it allows to enter the group asset
no.while creating the asset master. While creating the asset master in AS01
in depreciation Tab, double click on tax depreciation.in that you can enter
the group asset no. and depreciation key for asset.
note: Have you created the asset class for tax depreciation? If not, create
the asset class for tax depreciation.for tax dep. we need to maintain
separate asset class. then create group asset in AS21.
After double click Book Dep.Area in asset master I didn't find Group asset field.AND after double clicking Tax Dep.Area i am getting Group Asset Field in Gray Mode(Display Mode ) how to i get this group asset field into Editable mode
