I have problem in Tax Exemption. I was completing Tax Configuration wnich is use Global Configuration Owner in owner configuration and I set allow tax exemptions option at tax configuration. Then allow tax exemption option was setting up in Event Class Setting which is use operating unit owning Tax Content. But, I didn't see Global Configuration Owner in Configuration Owner when setup Customer Tax Exemptions in Tax Profile at Customer Sites. So, I try to setup Customer Tax Exemption which is use operating unit in Configuration Owner and when I try to create transaction in Receivables the tax value didn't change. What is problem? Why tax exemption didn't work? Is there setup missing?
