If I remember correctly you use a "field movement" to do this, but for Old data.

I think you may just need a special ABAP program created that can do this for you. Or you delete the data and re-create it again.

Subject: Populate Value in a New Field from an Existing Field in SPL

I have a a SPL ledger and have created/added a new field in the ledger.
I need to populate value in this field from an existing field.
I need to do this for existing posted data.
How do I do this ?
I tried ROLL up but it gives me dump as I am duplicating records. or cannot add record as record exist with the same key.
Does anyone have a solution.

Thanks
C
