Anyway just incase someone go through this problem than here is the solution.
you can fix Billing line text item by correcting ABAP program. our ABAP program team helped us to resolve the issue.

Subject: Header Text Not Showing in Billing
Question regarding Sales Order- Tried to creating multiple sales Order with text (Header-Text-MSG to Acct).
Here is the problem – The Header Text will not post in billing if the first SO header text area is blank. All other "SO" has Text information but not the first one. If I tried to do one by one SO with header text then I can see Text information under FBL5N.
For eg. I've created 5 SO. First 2 SO has Text information. 3rd SO I don't have header Text but 4th and 5th SO have header Text . Now I'm creating SO using VF01 for all 5 SO together. Result will be text shows only first 2 SO but not other 3 SO.
We enter Text under – GO TO->Header -> Texts ->MSG to Accounting. |
