Hello RAMHIM, to upload legacy data from tally to sap, first you should
consider the trial balance of tally, based on that you make the account
groups in OBD4.
1. use TC: F-02 to upload G/L balances
2. TC: F-43 to upload vendor OPEN ITEMS.
3. TC: F-22 to upload customer OPEN ITEMS.
4.TC:AS91 to upload asset master with asset values
5.TC:F-48 to upload advance from vendors
6.TC:F-29 to upload advance to customers,ok.

now if the business wants seperate accounts which is to be displayed in
trial balance , for this u have to categorized account groups like loans &
advance given which comes inder assets also, like loans and advance taken
,comes under curent liabilities. so baased on that you can create gl accounts
and post. i hope this quite enough to understand.
thanks

Subject: Legacy Data Transfer from Tally to SAP

We have the program to upload the G/l accounts and vendor and we are transferring the data in mid of the year, so there is no point in transferring the balances.

My question is how we need to fill the data template in above cases for G/L and Vendor.
