Hi Experts,

I would like to enquire some design issue regarding appraisal from all of you.
Please let me know if the following is feasible and can be done by standard SAP.

1. Client would like to add work targets and sub work targets.

Meaning my work targets will be a button, which is free enhancement. When a work target is added,

It will be display as a free text. Follow by a button ( Add sub work target ) beside the free text.

So when i add each work target, i will have a sub target button displayed. I am not sure if this can be achieve by standard sap.

2. When the status is In preparation, employee can select who their RO/CO is. However, when the form is routed to RO ( in planning stage ) , can standard sap support the feature for RO to select CO at this stage ? if yes, how? which may overwrite the CO that the employee select.

3.At any point, employee is able to change the RO/CO when the status is not in preparation. i.e status : in planning stage. Is this possible?

4.If i can access the entire form once it is generate online, when i print/export/download the form, can it limit to just print a section of the form instead of the entire form?

5.Can the form format be in excel/ms word other than PDF?

Appreciate for your input. Thanks.
