Hello,
We have discrepancies with the Interface between MOS and SAP.
We made a tie out data between ECC KSB1 and CJI3 and BI report for missions start date 01.01.2012 up to 30.06.2012 on EOP funds.
Apparently there are some missions that at fund level there are discrepancies between both systems.
At cost centre level there's an amount booked in SAP to a wrong CCtr different to MOS CCTR for that missions.

The issue is that the report is not showing the total list of missions/travels already approved in MOS for a specific period in the past, but they are shown in later executions.
For example:
Mission Cost Report executed on July, 5th for a specific fund, showed 10 missions for June 2012. Later on, on July, 31st, the report was executed for the same selection data and the report showed 26 missions for June 2012 (it means 16 missions more). Additionally, running the report on August the 9th the report is showing 27 missions for June 2012 so it means that there is one additional mission in June respect to the end of July execution.
Other case:
A mission /travel was approved in MOS on June 20th and the mission itself took place on the same day (June, 20th). Both dates have been confirmed. In fact the report shows that the Mission Start Date was June, 20th and the Mission Finish Date was June, 22nd which is correct. However, the report did not display this Mission on the extraction of July, 5th. And it should be included on it because the report extracts data from MOS and the mission was already approved on MOS at that time.

Could you please help me understand why the misalignment between executions for a specific period?

Further details:
We have the data loading from MOS to BI scheduled daily, and it starts at 22:00.
Currently we have detect a delay of two days between BI and MOS, can this be due to an off set of one day in the data extraction, and due to the starting time of the daily extraction at 22:00?
