But as I am responsible tor this issue now, I need to create functional and technical specification for it. Yes, acquiring the addresses is one of my big questions. I know that in case of using the same address for both PO and RA they need a separate entry in Vendor Master with appropriate remark in NOTE field (as far as I found, need to be case sensitive) My second big issue is, as I mentioned before, validation upon PO type and next, per Company code and Purchasing group. Simply - we have around 20 email addresses at one vendor master, 10 of them will be used for PO sending, 12 for RA (two will be both for PO and RA). First, check if the document type is appropriate, if not - stop the validation, next - check the company code/purch. group combination...Then send the PO and after it, RA when is created. Any idea?..
