Transaction XD01, I do NOT believe it is a FICO transaction (if using the core modules). I believe it is a SD question. Thus, I am recommending posting in the NEWBIES forum.
Also, the answers would probably be BEST supplied by funcitonals at your company because both transactions could be impacted by configuration and custom code.
