In LSMW, under "Maintain object attributes", select the 3rd radio button for BAPI. Specify business object = BUS1088 and method = Create, hit enter (which will populate the other 2 fields) and save. SAP has provided documentation for the BAPI telling you the mandatory fields to populate. Be sure to map your source files to the correct structures of the BAPI so that they appear as a target in the mapping section later.
