Reply from TerryB on Aug 24 at 11:41 AM Peter, It sounds like your question is worded from a "user" standpoint. Since this is a ABAP programming forum I don't know if the answer I am about to give you will be helpful, but here goes anyway: Table SRGBTBREL can be used to determine if a particular document has an attachment. Taking purchase order as an example, you can query this table thusly: SRGBTBREL-RELTYPE = 'ATTA' SRGBTBREL-TYPEID_A = 'BUS2012' SRGBTBREL-INSTID_A = Purchasing document number If a record is found in SRGBTBREL with these selection criteria, then the purchasing document has an attachment. Cheers, Terry

After attaching files to notifications, workorders or purchasing requests/orders, is there a report that shows if there is an attachment or not? How to distinguish orders with attachments, from the ones with NO attachment? If there is a field like Long Text, I would know sooner that there is an attachment. Right now I have to open each item to look for attached files... it would be quicker if I could see this in the displaylist. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
