We're using LSMW (with RFBIBL00) with cross-company posting without problems.
You just have to use field BBSEG-NEWBK to define the "new" company code (in item level) that can be different from BBKPF-BUKRS (company code in the document header).

I would like to post JE by importing csv file by using LSMW and RFBIBL00. Please let me know if LSMW is capable of posting cross-company code (three company codes) postings and secondly all of my P&L postings have cost assignments so would LSMW support cost center assignments too at the same time?
