Check can you create an account assignment in the po with the multiple lines
than while posting invoice you can use different vat percentage.
Or
Take one amount in po line with one vat code and enter other amounts in GL
tab there you can use different vat codes but i am not sure will this
reflect in po history or po account.

Why? How can a one-line PO have two different tax percentages? I assume you mean VAT or are you talking about some other tax? Please explain your requirement in more detail.
