Hi

What is the Business scenario, If I may ask?

Usually it is not a wise idea to delete manually existing dunning data
from the customer master and line items. What was the reason for
doing so, please?

If the customer had money to a large extent after the third dunning,
then your dunning configuration ( if suitably configured ) could
automatically revert back to a lower dunning level (perhaps, even
to the first level).

Why do you want to dun at first level for a dunned account / line item
(s) which has already completed three levels?

What do you mean by open line items have first level ? Do you mean
to say that there are some line items with level 1 and some with
level 2 for this customer?

Regards

Subject: How To change Dunning Level

Hi Masters,

I have dunned a customer and dunning level is at level 3 , i deleted the last dunned date and dunned level of customer master data(fd02) and all open items (FBl5n)

Can you help me on how to print dunning level 1., Since it always provides dunning level 3 ., i checked the open line items it has dunning level 1
