Then he can define what comes into the tax base and what does not according to the ship-to party. It is not an FI issue until it hits FI after invoicing and must be solved in SD.

Hi All,
Could anyone please give me some insight regarding a tax issue. We have some states where freight tax is not taxable, in some states it's taxable. Our freight material is created as taxable . So issue is freight is being charged for those states where its not taxable.Is there any user exit or customization that need to be done or any other standard solution can be achieved in this regard.
