WBS 'XXX' - An OPEX wbs/project with a JV that doesn't get cutback. Settlement rule is split 50:50 between:
Settlement receiver A - 50% to a cost centre
Settlement receiver B - 50% to a WBS 'ZZZ'
Cutback & Settlement has been done.
Costs now on Cost Centre (Settlement Reciver A) are ok.
Costs now on WBS (Settlement Receiver B). Unable to Cutback. Should I be able to Cutback these (secondary costs)?
Setup of WBS 'ZZZ' is a Capex Project. JV is a venture that should Cutback. The Gross Project doesn't get settled. The cutback costs on the Net Venture should be settled to the Asset.
Hope someone can help?
