Could you help me to solve the problem within AA (new GL)?
While running tr. ASKB, I am getting the following error:
No information was found
Message no. GU444
Diagnosis: The system could not find the necessary information.
The error might happen when a ledger group assigned to a depreciation area contains exactly one ledger and this ledger is not used for company code being processed. And this is the case here. Moreover we use only one chat of depreciation for all company codes (also different countries).
As per configuration we have in tr. OADB for one chart of depreciation we are using several depreciation areas and for depreciation areas with G/L set to 6 (Area posts only APC directly) there are ledger groups: L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5 in use (each one representing different country).
For comp code in question, system checks the assignment ledger to company code not only for L1 (to which it is assigned) but as well for L2, L3, L4 and L5 as they are set behind delta depreciation areas with 'post to G/L' =6.
As the result, data can only be posted to combination ledger L1 and company code 0101 (as this cc0101 is assigned to L1 only) so the error appears in relation to other checks (L2-L5 vs. 0101).
The company code is productive and has assets. With the configuration like that we are not able to run ASKB as well as close the fiscal year in AA.
