Reply from TerryB on Jul 5 at 11:01 PM I say you should always seek a functional solution first, and resort to programming only if that leads to a dead end. SAP is very good at handling diverse circumstances through configuration, but as soon as you resort to coding then YOU are on the hook for handling all the diverse possibilities. Often I have found that most of a requirement can bed handled through config, leaving only a small bit of the requirement to be handled by code. Get friendly with your functionals!

I have following requirement. When releasing a blocked sales order the system should check whether the user has the authorisation for the value of this sales order. High values require that only a user with authorisation for this high value releases the sales order.
For example, can be given different authorizations for credit allocations depending on the document value. A credit representative, for example, can edit all transactions involving credit up to the value of $1000.-, another representative can edit transactions involving credit over $1000.
May I know what is the T-code and step for this setting ? |
