Never ever do any changes in QA directly. It's a bad practice. We can
carry out transactional data processing in QA, but not configuration. Do
the transactional entries i.e. postings in QA and check for the errors.
Also if a Sand Box is avail within the landscape then do the postings in
that client. If you feel that the problem has been solved then transport
the requests to QA and PRD from Dev.

Yes it is almost clear.:)
So if I want to do some alternations in the Master data or any other data
we have to do it in the Testing i.e. QA box.
Than we have to send it back to Dev box and than send it to the Production
box, where it will be go to live after the production box.
