This issue was encountered when i scheduled an F110 Background job using the program ZFTB_F110. It consists of a 2 scheduled job (one for proposal and one for payment run). The error occurs after the Proposal Job Scheduler schedules the proposal run.
This error only happens once in a while and i can't seem to find the root cause for this. Please help advise. Thanks!

Diagnosis
The job for the payment proposal or the payment run was not scheduled with the transaction for automatic payments, but rather with one of the system transactions for scheduling jobs.

Procedure
