My limited understanding is that LSMW has multiple ways of executing, and therefore multiple ways of looking at the results. I've been told that it can be set up as batch input, direct input, IDOC or BAPI. Each of those methods will have their own way of dealing with the logs and errors.

If you chose batch, I would expect to see results in SM35. Direct input updates the tables directly. Those results may just go to a flat file on the file system, probably under something like /usr/sap/<SID>/something. IDOC and BAPI have their own logs.

I hope that helps in some way.

Subject: Log table for rmdatind

Hello experts,

I am using LSMW and this standard batch input program (rmdatind). Is there a table for logging the results of this program ? I must 70.000 Materials upload, so the tree menu is not helpful. I have checked transaction SLG1 and table TERRD and there is nothing there.

Thank you in advance.
