There are standard config. available for UK Payroll
Payroll: Great Britain - Free of Tax
In my case all the tax will bear by organisation
e.g. Employee salary is 1000 GBP Guart net amount & whatever tax will be incurred, bear by the organisation
1000 GBP net Salary
After grossup salary is 1200 GBP
1000 net salary & 200 Statutory payment which is bear by organisation
